med sized bag Tater Tots, frozen
1 lb lean ground beef
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
black pepper to taste
Spray 9x13 pyrex dish with Pam. Place Tater Tots evenly over casserole. Top with little chunks of raw beef. Cover with soup. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
